Chef Suzie Stephens has been serving up savory dishes for over 30 years. Suzie credits her love of cooking to two women-her mother, and Julia Child. Suzie's mother nurtured all of young Suzie's interests, especially her desire to use food as a creative medium. Suzie would go home and immediately turn on Julia Child. From pastries to Coq au Vin, Suzie found inspiration in each of Child's dishes. This inspiration, and support from her mother molded a passionate and talented individual.
Suzie received her teaching certificate from University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and later received a stocks/sauces qualification from the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Paris and a C.E.C. (certified chef) designation from the American Culinary Federation.
Chef Suzie launched the Nibbles brand in 1980. The idea started with a newly written, unnamed cook book and a bottle of wine. Now, 32 years later, Nibbles has grown from an upscale catering company and food emporium to include Cafe Nibbles. The restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere in the heart of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Whether you are looking for a quiet evening meal, a peaceful place to watch the Hogs, or an evening of entertainment-Nibbles is the place for you.
